Refund and Returns Policy

At Surgimed Hub, hum apne customers ko quality products dene ki koshish karte hain. Agar phir bhi kisi order me problem aati hai, to neeche diye gaye rules ke according return aur refund process follow kiya jayega.
1. Return Eligibility
Aap return request tab raise kar sakte ho jab:
- Product damaged ya defective ho
- Galat product deliver hua ho
- Product missing parts ke saath aaya ho
Return request delivery ke 7 din ke andar raise karna zaroori hai.
2. Return Conditions
Return accept hone ke liye ye conditions follow karni hongi:
- Product unused hona chahiye
- Original packaging me hona chahiye
- Sabhi accessories, labels aur invoice saath hona chahiye
Agar product used ya damaged (customer side se) mila, to return reject ho sakta hai.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Kuch items hygiene aur safety reasons ki wajah se return nahi honge:
- Opened ya used medical instruments
- Personal care aur surgical use ke baad wale items
- Discount ya clearance sale products
4. Return Process
Return initiate karne ke liye:
- Email bheje: support@surgimedhub.com
- Order ID aur issue clearly mention kare
- Product ki clear photos ya video share kare
Approval ke baad:
- Pickup arrange kiya jayega (agar available hua)
- Ya aapko product self-ship karna padega
5. Refund Policy
Refund sirf tab process hoga jab:
- Product successfully return aur inspect ho jaye
- Return request approve ho
Refund Time:
- 5 se 7 working days lagte hain
Refund Mode:
- Prepaid orders: original payment method me
- COD orders: UPI ya bank transfer ke through
6. Replacement Policy
Agar product defective ya wrong deliver hua hai, to aap replacement choose kar sakte ho instead of refund.
- Replacement subject to stock availability
- Replacement same product ka hi diya jayega
7. Cancellation Policy
- Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai
- Dispatch ke baad cancellation allowed nahi hoga
8. Shipping Charges
- Agar galti humari hai (wrong/damaged product), to return shipping free hoga
- Agar customer reason se return ho raha hai, to shipping charges customer bear karega
9. Important Note
Medical products hone ki wajah se hum hygiene ko seriously lete hain. Isliye used products ka return possible nahi hai.
